Once your order has been successfully placed, our team starts preparing it right away.

  • Processing time: approximately 1–3 business days.
    Orders placed on weekdays are usually processed within one business day. Orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend may require additional processing time.

  • Delivery time: after dispatch, the average delivery time is 5–12 business days.

Placing an Order

Ordering from Virella’s Boutique is simple and user-friendly.
Visit the product page of the item you wish to purchase and add it to your cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button.

Please make sure you have selected the correct options or variants. When everything is correct, proceed to checkout. On the information page, enter your shipping details carefully to ensure accurate delivery. Once completed, continue to the shipping step.

At this stage, you can review your address details. You will also see that all orders are shipped free of charge. As a thank-you to our customers, we cover all shipping and delivery costs.

You can then continue to the payment section.
