Please note: returns are not free of charge. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns

Can I return my order?
Yes, returns are possible. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned with all original parts, accessories, and packaging intact.

  • The product must show signs of normal use only; damage caused by misuse or careless handling will not be accepted.

  • Items related to personal hygiene must be cleaned thoroughly before being returned.

  • Any defects must be reported immediately after delivery.

  • Virella’s Boutique reserves the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.

  • Once received, returns are inspected within 7 business days. If approved, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if an item appears used, altered, or damaged due to reasons beyond our responsibility.


How to Return an Order

If your return meets the conditions above, please follow the steps below to start the return process:

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Clear photo of the product (required in case of damage or defects)

  • Customer’s first and last name

  • Customer’s full address

After reviewing your request, we will contact you and provide the correct return address.

Do not send returns to the original sender.
Returns sent without prior approval or to an incorrect address will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.


Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase under the following conditions, provided the buyer is a private individual and not acting for business or professional purposes.

Cancellation Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days, starting from the day you or a third party designated by you (excluding the carrier) has received the final item in your order.

Because we operate with an automated fulfillment system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds are therefore not possible while the order is in transit.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Virella’s Boutique via a clear statement (for example, by email) that you wish to withdraw from the contract. The withdrawal is considered complete once the returned goods have been received. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.


Orders in Transit

As our products are shipped internationally, delivery times may vary and are outside our direct control. If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the package and then initiate a return if desired. You may inform us of your intention to withdraw in advance.

To ensure faster processing, we kindly ask you to provide a shipping confirmation once the return has been sent.


Refunds After Withdrawal

Once your return has been approved and received, we will refund the purchase amount excluding shipping costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned items.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. No additional fees will be charged for processing the refund.


Return Address

All approved returns are sent to our central warehouse in the country of origin, and all return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
